Founder and CEO Nikki Sanz is the brains and heart behind Giggs, the first job posting and social networking platform for the touring industry. Hailing from Charlotte, NC, Nikki moved to Nashville to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, and secured gigs working with Live Nation, the Superbowl, Ryman Auditorium, CMA, ABC’s The Bachelor, Bonnaroo Festival, and a roster of A-list artists and live events.
Sanz gained an understanding of the touring industry from working on the road with Eric Church, George Strait, and Weezer, among others. She has personally experienced the challenges of finding her next gig, as well as hiring qualified touring personnel.
Nikki’s passion centers on three pillars: advocating for equal opportunity in a word-of-mouth industry, promoting gigging as a fulfilling career, and nurturing a vibrant community of music industry professionals. As Giggs continues to disrupt and innovate, Nikki remains its driving force, dedicated to reshaping the touring industry.
