Most recently, Sarah Ruth led Talent at Thyme Care, a Series A a16z-backed value-based oncology navigation solution based in Nashville, TN. Before Thyme Care, Sarah Ruth led US Portfolio Talent for Octopus Ventures, a UK-based venture with £2+ billion under management. Prior to that, she was an early team member at Sidewalk Labs (an Alphabet Company), where she scaled the internal team and helped build the founding teams of several of its portfolio companies, including CityBlock Health, Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, and Replica. She cut her teeth in startups at Oscar Health.
