Currently, Tania is a partner with Claritas Capital, a Nashville based venture capital fund, where she focuses on the healthcare space. Tania leads Claritas’ healthcare investments from deal origination through ownership. Additionally, Tania serves on the boards of companies Claritas has invested in.
Tania Grant has deep private and public market investment experience across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, telecom, consumer and media. Tania brings a corporate strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to investing from her years as a company founder and leader.
Tania started her career on Wall Street in Merrill Lynch’s NYC investment banking division. After Merrill Lynch, Tania worked with various long/short hedge funds. Tania left Wall Street to invest in, and lead, two businesses which she later sold. Tania has over 20 years of investment experience in public and private equity across numerous industries.
