From California, Winston has a BA in Public Policy from the University of Southern California, an MBA from George Washington University, and the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation from The Yale School of Management.
Winston played college football at USC. He played in the NFL for the Eagles, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Denver Broncos until 2015. He was the 2010 recipient of the Walter Payton Philadelphia Man of the Year Award, blocked for three Heisman Trophy winners, and was the team captain for USC, the Eagles and the Colts.
Winston joined AllianceBernstein in 2019 and is a founding member of the Private Wealth Office and a leader in the Institutional, foundation and nonprofit business with more than $10.5 billion in assets. Winston founded Elixr Coffee Roasters in 2010 with 74 employees, 9 managers and $6 million in revenue.
Winston is a board member for Belmont University, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rocketown, Nashville Symphony, Nashville Lipscomb University School of Business Deans, Board Boy Scouts of Middle Tennessee and others.
